Lan Kheng has over 25 years of experience in taxation in Australia and Malaysia. She has provided advisory and consultancy on direct and indirect taxes including GST and SST implementation, transfer pricing, tax investigation and tax due diligence services to a wide spectrum of multinational and local corporations. She has also advised on individual tax planning and compliance matters as well as immigration solutions for international employees.

Outside the firm, Lan Kheng has close working relationships with various industry associations such as Northern Corridor Supply Chain Cluster, The Free Industrial Zones Penang Companies’ Association and the American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce.

Lan Kheng holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Melbourne. She is a fellow member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), a chartered accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a certified practising member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(MICPA) and also a fellow member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM). She also holds tax agent licence under the Income Tax Act 1967.

Sarah is an associate in the Tax, Trade and Wealth Management Practice Group of Wong & Partners. She focuses on tax advisory matters and regularly advises clients on matters relating to direct and indirect taxes, transfer taxes, double tax treaties and tax incentives. Her experience extends to advising clients from various industries on tax, corporate and commercial matters in the context of cross –border mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, post-acquisition integrations, internal restructuring, joint ventures, supply chain planning and employee share schemes.
