    Lisa R. Bruner is President, ConocoPhillips Malaysia.

    Bruner has 33 years of engineering, operations, development and human resources experience. She has held leadership positions in the Gulf of Mexico, North Sea, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Alaska.

    Previously, she was the vice president for development, Alaska. Bruner began her career with Conoco, Inc. in 1989 as a facility engineer in Lafayette, Louisiana. Since then, she has held several upstream engineering and leadership positions in Dubai, the U.K. and the U.S. Bruner relocated to Indonesia in 2006 and was named vice president asset management Indonesia. She was appointed vice president capital projects Indonesia in 2011. Bruner returned to the U.S. as operations manager, San Juan Basin in New Mexico. She later was named asset manager, San Juan operating unit. In 2016, she was named vice president operations and development Alaska.

    Raised in Ohio, Bruner earned a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M University in 1989. Bruner is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. She has served on the boards for Catholic Social Services, Alaska and Covenant House Alaska.
