Briefing: Increase of the Property Assessment Rate in Penang

Members of the Malaysian American Electronics Industry [MAEI] and valued SME partners are invited to attend a briefing session in relation to the increase of the property assessment rate of factories, warehouses and private homes in Penang.

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Teoh Poh Huat, a Registered Valuer and Chartered Surveyor from Henry Butcher Malaysia. Mr. Teoh will talk attendees through the Local Government's appeals process.

This event is free-of-charge and open to both members and non-members. Please feel free to share this event notice with other stakeholders that may take value from this discussion. However, we have limited seating and members will be prioritised.

The location of this event is Plexus Riverside, Plot 87, Lebuhraya Kampung Jawa, Kawasan Perindustrian Bayan Lepas, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang. Parking is very limited and we encourage guests to share rides or use ride-hailing services.
