Ir. Hj. Riwayat is currently the Managing Director of Andal Group – Mechanical, Electrical and Environmental Engineering (M&E) Consultancy and also Corporate Management Consultancy – an organization which provides services to public and private sectors in Malaysia as well as abroad.

Prior to establishing his own companies Ir. Hj. Riwayat has served in several reputable Multi-National Corporations (MNCs) for almost 30 years. And in the last 15 years of his career, he held senior leadership positions of increasing responsibilities such as Director, Sr. Director, Vice President and General Manager. He has worked in United States and China for extended period of time; and was also in global operation for a very large multinational organization. His wealth of knowledge and exposure has assisted him to garner the confidence and trust of numerous organizations locally and abroad.

Ir Hj Riwayat has been appointed as MPC Partner/Associate in 2013. His expertise is in the area of Business and Corporate Management; Productivity and Competitiveness, and he is very conversant with Lean, Six-Sigma, Strategic Management, Business Process Engineering, Performance Management, Total Quality Management, to name a few. Ir. Riwayat graduated with Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Boston University, Massachusetts, USA and then obtained his Master in Business Administration from UUM (Malaysia). He is currently pursuing his PhD in Organizational Development.
