Barrie joined Ditrolic Sdn Bhd since August 2019 as Senior Executive, Business Development and received promotion in 2022 as Manager, Business Development. His work includes handling the Malaysia Central region market including Sunlease and EPC works, lead generation, opportunities, negotiation, tender participation as well as payment collection.

Prior to Ditrolic group, he was working with B Braun Medical Supplies as Avitum (Dialysis) Technical Service Engineer for 3 years.

His job scope included sales technical support as well as installation, testing & commissioning, PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) service, troubleshooting and repair according to the SOPs; Provide out-stationed engineers supports; Prepare demo machines for application specialists to conduct on-site user trainings; capture sales revenue through service contract proposals and renewals; Set sales targets and achieve it through service contract proposals and maintenance kit sales; coordinate between sales department, end-users to ensure smooth process flow; perform internal control, including monthly inventories check, and operating procedures that will protect these spare parts from theft, loss or unnecessary depreciation.

Christina has been working with Ditrolic Group since August 2020 under Business Development. She currently takes the lead in the Singapore market segment and actively collaborates with corporate clients of various countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei and Bangladesh by providing valuable assistance and advice on solutions that promote corporate sustainability. She actively engages with corporate entities to understand each company's specific requirements and offers customized guidance to help them adopt sustainable practices.

Christina embarked her professional journey at Ditrolic as a Junior Executive. During that period, she participated in the sales process management, lead generation, policy understanding and relationshipbuilding with clients from different country markets.

Wilson has been in managerial level for more than 10 years. He must define the business strategy, build and manage the teams and grow sustainably the Integrated Clean Energy Solutions. He also defines, builds, coordinates and executes a go-to-market strategy for Integrated Clean Energy Solutions and generate new business opportunities.

He needs to identify opportunities to develop new Clean Energy solutions. Prior to Ditrolic Group, he was attached with Festo Sdn Bhd. He joined Festo as his first role as an application engineer role. Festo is a German based mechanical company which doing more on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. His clients were semiconductor, food industry, glove manufacturers, palm oil industry, water industry and general manufacturers.

He also attached with Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd for 7 years. Schneider Electric SE is a French multinational company that specializes in digital automation and energy management.

Then, he was moved to an Energy Efficiency division and took up an Assistant Account Manager role. He also became an energy consultant to oversee, audit the plant and the potential energy efficiency that the customers can improve.
