43rd Annual General Meeting

AMCHAM will be holding its 43rd Annual General Meeting on 13 August. As a voting member of the Chamber, you are invited to attend and participate. This AGM will also be accessible via a Webex platform for any corporate representative who cannot attend physically; registration for either option is required.

If you are going to attend in person, at the AMCHAM Executive Office, we encourage you to register early to secure your seat . Physical attendance will be capped in order to adhere to government-stipulated SOPs for hosting events.

VOTING MEMBERS: Only the designated Corporate Representatives of member companies are eligible to vote. If you, the Corporate Representative are unable to attend, we highly recommend that you appoint a proxy. If you need a proxy form, please contact info@amcham.com.my​.

Please RSVP early to ensure we can reach the required quorum. On the day, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the AGM.
