In conjunction with the announcement made by the Government of Malaysia for expatriates outlined during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period, The Immigration Department of Malaysia has released new guidelines surrounding the entry permission for expatriates abroad with an Active Pass and Approved Pass Applications. The guidelines for expats in Malaysia to exit Malaysia and return with an Active Pass have also been updated. |

| MetLife Foundation recently made a contribution towards the MY AMCHAM CARES COVID-19 relief programme to purchase 6,310 disposable isolation gowns for five hospitals across Malaysia. These disposable gowns will help protect close to 250 healthcare workers treating COVID-19 patients in isolation wards across the country. |
