All those returning to Malaysia from overseas will have to undergo their mandatory quarantine at hotels or quarantine centres starting Friday (July 24), says Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob. The Defence Minister said that this applied to both Malaysians and non-citizens who have been allowed to come into the country.

The government has agreed to create the “MalaysiaMudah”(#MyMudah) initiative which is aimed at assisting companies and businesses which were burdened by red tape and bureaucracy. Minister in the Prime Minister’s department (economy) Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed said the initiative would also lower business costs and create jobs while stimulating the economy.
