With over 30 years of global experience, she helps organizations bridge cultural divides, navigate diversity challenges, and build environments where teams thrive.     Marie has collaborated with renowned clients such as Shell, Siemens, Roche, and the Asian Development Bank, focusing on projects that enhance team performance and leadership in multicultural settings. Since January 2022, she has served on the Board of the World Institute of Action Learning, reinforcing her commitment to advancing inclusive and action-driven learning methodologies.
