    Group Executive Vice President of the Asia Pacific Middle East at Right Management

    Bridget Beattie is Group Executive Vice President of the Asia Pacific Middle East region for Right Management, the global leader in talent and career management workforce solutions within ManpowerGroup. She is responsible for accelerating business growth and delivering career and talent management solutions that help employers align their workforce strategies with business goals. In addition, Bridget leads the Australia and New Zealand operations of Right Management as General Manager and leads Strategic Partnerships globally.
    Bridget has an extensive background in senior management, consulting and the law gained over thirty years of experience. In 1994, she co-founded a leading New Zealand HR consultancy which was purchased by ManpowerGroup in 2000.

    Throughout her career, she has consulted with a range of private and public sector organisations that have faced significant change through mergers, acquisitions, re-structuring and startups. She provides comprehensive and pragmatic advice in all aspects of organisational performance, from high level strategy to detailed implementation. Bridget is recognized for her senior-level consultation and coaching for senior executives who are experiencing leadership challenges.
    Bridget has held leadership positions in the Finance, IT and Professional Services industries and has consulted in the Energy, Local Government and Finance sectors. She has led significant global projects and has a focused expertise particularly in Asia.

    Bridget is qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor and has undertaken post graduate management study at the Kellogg School of Management in the United States. She is a regular commentator in the Asia Pacific business press, and speaks regularly on talent topics. She also has a passion for the arts and has chaired not-for-profit arts organizations. Bridget and her family reside in Melbourne, Australia.

    Executive Director, Global Employer Services of Deloitte

    Ang Weina is the Executive Director of Deloitte Malaysia, based in Kuala Lumpur. She leads the Global Employer Services (GES) Division and has more than 25 years of experience with Deloitte in Singapore, Japan and Malaysia dealing with employment taxes, mobility policies, immigration compliance, equity compensation, remuneration planning and employer’s payroll compliance. She is at present also leading HR in organizations on innovation changes to workforce planning and corporate governance. She is featured regularly in local media and publications and has presented at local and overseas forums and symposiums.

    Weina graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy. She is a Fellow of the CPA (Singapore) (Australia), an Associate Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She sits on the Advisory Board of the School of Business in Monash University (Sunway Campus) in Malaysia. Weina is a licensed tax agent in Malaysia and has also passed the GST Examination conducted by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department.

    Weina is also instrumental in the collaboration between Deloitte Malaysia and Talent Corporation Berhad (under the Prime Minister’s Department) in supporting the latter in expatriate immigration and taxation issues. She is also a mentor in the National Women In Leadership Programme under the Government’s Economic Transformation Programme and is appointed to the Professional Qualifications Advisory Committee (PQAC) by the Board of Directors of CPA Australia.
