AMCHAM is inviting U.S. companies to participate in the 10th Asia IoT Business Platform in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia scheduled to take place on August 18-19, 2016 at the Hotel Istana in Kuala Lumpur. The event is co-hosted by MIMOS, Malaysia's national R&D centre in ICT, endorsed by MOSTI and supported MDEC as well as MCMC.
The 10th edition of Asia IoT Business Platform will gather Asia’s leading Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine to Machine (M2M) industry leaders to discuss the opportunities and challenges of IoT/M2M in Malaysia and Asia. It aims to showcase the value and economic impact of IoT/M2M solutions, including improving private and public sector enterprise productivity, and harnessing ICT to alleviate problems in dense capital cities.
The conference agenda will focus on Smart Community, Smart Manufacturing, Connectivity in IoT, Intelligent Plantation/Agriculture, and Transportation & Logistics. The target attendees are key executives from the ICT and operational divisions who are actively exploring technology solutions to drive business efficiencies, improve services and ensure security. The agenda is developed in consultation with top professionals from MIMOS, CREST, Microsoft Malaysia, HPE Telekom Malaysia and the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
Over 25 speakers from the IoT community including government officials, telcos, solution providers and end users will share their experience and insights on IoT strategy implementation and transformation of business models.
