Hemant is a software engineer, entrepreneur and tinkerer. He taught Search Inside Yourself at Google, introducing mindfulness to hundreds of co-workers in Tokyo, London, Dublin and Mountain View, California. Outside of Google, Hemant has also run mindfulness-based Emotional Intelligence programmes for companies such as Steelcase, Maurices (an American women’s clothing retail chain based in Minnesota) and Deloitte.

Laura is a positive psychologist who trained at Stanford, Harvard, and Boston University. She is an international speaker, consultant and author specializing in the science of happiness and mindfulness. She is an instructor at Stanford University, where her courses are the most popular in the Continuing Studies Department. As the founder of Choosing Happiness, Laura designs and delivers practical, skill-building trainings in companies worldwide.
