AMCHAM together with CnetG are organizing a HR Roundtable on September 9, 2016 from 10am - 12pm at the AMCHAM Executive Office. This roundtable will bring together HR Leaders to share their best practices and expertise on diversity - targeting Senior HR Leaders.

What will be discussed at this roundtable:-
  • We will examine the difference between western policies and the feasibility of adopting the western policies in our local corporate environment.
  • Asian nuances, do they a play a role in consideration of localization of western policies? How do we balance ‘Think Global, Act Local’
  • Explore the barriers in advancement and leadership, creating equitable opportunities and sharing success stories in view of generating positive ideas.
  • Do companies have resources and support to make 30x30 happen, and what are these necessary resources and tool.
