46th Annual General Meeting

AMCHAM will be holding its 46th Annual General Meeting on 22 June 2023. As a voting member of the Chamber, you are invited to attend and participate. This AGM will also be accessible via a virtual platform for any corporate representative who cannot attend physically; registration for either option is required.

If you are going to attend in person, at the AMCHAM Executive Office, we encourage you to register early to secure your seat.

VOTING MEMBERS: Only the designated Corporate Representatives of member companies are eligible to vote. If you, the Corporate Representative are unable to attend, we highly recommend that you appoint a proxy. If you need a proxy form, please contact info@amcham.com.my​.

Please RSVP early to ensure we can reach the required quorum. On the day, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the AGM.
