    Sathia manages the MYXpats Centre’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) operations where he is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate CRM operational processes are practiced across MYXpats. He has 17 years of experiences in customer relations and operations in various industries, including food & beverages, business process outsourcing, banking, and
    retail.

    Sathia holds a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University. He is aMalaysian Institute of Management’s Certified Professional Coach.
