Event Details

We are entering an age of scientific empowerment. Everywhere, science and technology are transforming the way we live, work and play. Social and economic success in the future will be heavily dependent on how well we create a culture of innovation and how we develop and grow the scientific thinkers, innovators and leaders of tomorrow. We need to ignite our children's interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) now to prepare them as global citizens of the future. While school systems around the world have related classwork, it is important for children to see real practitioners from STEM fields and have tangible engagement in these areas to further inspire their imagination and develop their interest. This is where industry leaders can help!

Join us on Thursday, June 27, 2019 from 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Registration starts at 2:00 p.m.) at AMCHAM's New Executive Office for an exciting session by our Corporate Citizenship Committee members - Catherine Tang, Site Communications & Government Affairs Lead of Motorola Solutions Malaysia and Jenny Foo, Corporate Relations & Communications Director as they share their endeavors and best-practices in seeding and cultivating children's interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) and lead the subsequent discussion on how you, too, can influence the future of our next generation.
