New guidelines have been issued by The Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) on the requirement to advertise expatriate positions via the national employment portal MYFutureJobs. This effects the hiring of expatriates effective 1st January 2021 and overrides the previous guidelines issued on 1st July 2020 by MOHR.
To support our members to better understand the new requirements , we are organising an exclusive briefing session on the MyFutureJobs portal to be conducted by PERKESO. The briefing session will cover topics such as the objectives behind the new ruling, guidelines registration to MYfutureJobs portal and process to advertise and apply for exemptions.
This will be highly relevant for members currently employing expats as well as those intending to hire new expats in the near future.
