AMCHAM is holding an Invitation only, exclusive roundtable to discuss Tactics to Advance Women in the Leadership Pipeline with Rebecca Tadikonda, Executive Vice President, Head of Strategic Growth Markets of MetLife Asia on Tuesday, 25 June from 11.00am to 12.30pm at the AMCHAM Executive Office.

Equality is a key driver of a country's economic growth and gender diversity in senior leadership not only adds to unique perspectives to management but it also allows for a variety of decision-making and problem-solving skills; overall viewpoints are both tactically advantageous and also necessary in the incredibly diverse business world of today.

However, while the value of the concept is easy to comprehend, the devices involved in keeping women actively in the pipeline are not as easy to roll out. Our conversation with Rebecca will seek to explore issues and uncover approaches that executives can take today to advance women through the leadership pipeline and provide a better understanding of the road bumps that derail the intent.

If you have received the email invitation, we hope for you can join us to take a look at old and new approaches as well as policies that can gain traction towards a more inclusive environment.
