    Siva holds the position of Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO), where he plays a pivotal role
    in supporting the Group CEO on strategic matters related to talent management. As a
    visionary leader, Siva has spearheaded mynext, the first inaugural platform that specifically
    addresses the needs of Malaysian students in tertiary education and TVET. This comprehensive
    platform offers arrange of innovative tools, including full psychometric assessment tools and
    career profiling. He was also responsible for setting up the Malaysia Expatriate Services Centre
    (MYXpats), which is a collaboration between TalentCorp and the Immigration Department of
    Malaysia and overseen by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
    Siva is currently working on a cutting-edge project known as Future Skills Talent Council
    (FSTC), which covers ten (10) sectors and focuses on mapping more accurate and timely
    interventions for the demand and supply of talent. This endeavour is entirely driven by
    industry needs and receives the support of government machinery. His efforts in this area are
    poised to further enhance Malaysia’s competitiveness and resilience in the global talent
    market.

    Siva holds a Master of Business Administration and is a software engineer by training.

He is also a co-founder of the HR Leadership Circle, and it is a social media hub for HR Directors from 200 companies to share information and networks in Malaysia.

    Monir is also the author of "ChatGPT-Powered HR" and is a sought-after speaker, coach, mentor and consultant in the fields of digital & AI transformation, people experience, talent management, and organisational development. Having held multiple board director roles in the tech & animation industry, providing strategic guidance and insights.
