| AMCHAM held a luncheon with YB Senator Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul bin Tengku Abdul Aziz, Minister of Finance, at the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur on 1 December 2021. This crucial ministerial dialogue provided members a great opportunity to have a Post-Budget discussion with the Finance Minister, raise questions on the economic outlook of the country and give feedback as well as learn more about what 2022 will bring as Malaysia continues its road to recovery. |

The decision was made as the government wanted to learn more about the new COVID-19's Omicron variant.
