Covid-19: Second Stage of MCO Critical Period for Malaysians |
|
|
|
The second phase of the movement control order (MCO), which begins Wednesday (April 1), is a critical period for Malaysians to determine whether efforts to break the Covid-19 chain of infection are successful or not.
Its effectiveness will surely depend, among others, on the people’s level of discipline to comply with the MCO, whereby the public is continuously being urged to stay at home, frequently wash their hands and adopt social distancing. |

Approval from KDPNHEP for Companies to Continue Operating Throughout the MCO |

With the Movement Control Order (MCO) extended to 14 April, the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) would like to inform that the permission has been given to organizations to resume their operations during this extended MCO period. The permission has been given for these organizations to keep their machineries in ‘warm idle’ mode.
