| The Hong Kong capital markets have remained relatively robust in the first half of 2020 despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Indeed, when compared to the same period last year, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKSE”) has benefitted from two significant secondary listings from renowned Chinese technology brands. Increasingly, Southeast Asian companies are now listing on the HKSE, including 14 new listings of Malaysian businesses in the last three years.
Tay & Partners will be co-hosting the Part 2 webinar in collaboration with an international law firm Bird & Bird focusing on an Exciting Opportunity for Malaysian Businesses: Find out why and how to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Part 2).
In this upcoming Part 2 webinar, Tay Beng Chai, Teo Wai Sum, James Fong, Chong Fah Yow and Gama IP will be speaking on how to successfully list on the HKSE. We are furthermore grateful to be supported by the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MICCI). |
