Global sales of semiconductors are projected to increase 5.1% in 2020 to US$433.1 billion (from US$412.3 billion in 2019), followed by an increase of 8.4% in 2021, said the US-based Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA). Projections for both years are higher than they were in the previous World Semiconductor Trade Statistics (WSTS) forecast released in July

Due to the recent announcement of the extension of the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) throughout most of the country until 6 December, AMCHAM has decided to postpone our much-loved Thanksgiving Luncheon to accommodate the rules around larger groups.

The Thanksgiving Luncheon will now take place at Hilton Kuala Lumpur on 14 December (Monday), 12.00pm - 2.00pm.
