| Hospital Ampang has close to 150 COVID patients now in, and for the past few weeks the hospital has been expanding the wards in terms of manpower, equipment, and proper isolation spaces.
Both patients and clinicians need equipments urgently to be able to do their work.

| A total of 154,866 doses of vaccine were administered yesterday (June 9), the highest so far, and also marked the second consecutive day the country breached the 150,000 level, according to latest data from the COVID-19 Vaccine Supply Access Guarantee Special Committee (JKJAV). In total, 3.94 million COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered to date. |

| The vaccination drive for people in critical economic sector under the Fourth Phase of the National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme (NIP) will start next week. Priority would be given to sectors given the permission to operate throughout the implementation of the current Movement Control Order (FMCO 3.0) which includes manufacturing, exports, transportation and logistics as well as energy and utilities. |
