| Reporting directly to the AMCHAM CEO/Executive Director, this role is responsible for the following tasks: - Develop and implement a comprehensive Government and External Affairs deliverable and strategy in coordination with the CEO / AMCHAM Leadership.

| The Administrative Assistant reports to the Operations Manager and the Business Development Manager, while working closely with AMCHAM’s executive leadership, colleagues, members, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Chamber.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Data entry and management of accurate and up-to-date records for the Chamber at large, especially on the CRM platform and other systems, including events and membership lists.
- Support the survey work at the Chamber, including but not limited to irregular snap polls, and surveys for My AmCham Cares, Membership, Economic Impact Survey, etc.
- Develop simple presentations and data visualization.

| The Events Executive is part of the events team and reports to the Events Manager while working closely with AMCHAM’s executive leadership, colleagues, members, and other stakeholders to enhance the Chamber’s events portfolio and activities.
Duties & Responsibilities: Project Management - Support the organization’s overall programming events and meetings needs while maintaining the high standards expected from the Chamber.
