    Jynn Goh

    Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates

    Jynn Goh is a member of the firm’s Financial Services and Technology Sectors, based in Singapore. She focuses on senior and C-suite appointments in banking, private equity, fintech and real estate. Jynn covers a range of functional leadership roles, with a specialization on technology-focused roles such as Chief Digital Officers, Chief Transformation Officers and Chief Strategy Officers.

    With a background in strategy consulting and talent management, Jynn works with both multinationals and locally headquartered clients across the full suite of their leadership development needs, incorporating succession planning, culture analysis and board assessment.

    PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
    Jynn joined Russell Reynolds Associates from McKinsey & Co., where she held roles in consulting, talent development and operations. In her role as the Asia Pacific COO (Practice Manager) for RTS—a service line that helps clients transform their businesses—Jynn was responsible for growing the practice in both business development and recruitment across six regions. Prior to that, she held key roles in strategy consulting and talent management for Southeast Asia. Jynn began her career in the Singapore Government Administrative Service, an elite rotational program for grooming top public sector leaders. Over the six years Jynn spent with the Administrative Service, she worked at Contact Singapore in the US, the Ministry of Manpower and the Ministry of Law.

    Kevin Harris

    Partner at Russell Reynolds Associates

    Kevin Harris leads the firm’s Asia Pacific Industrial and Natural Resources Sector, and is a key member of the Chemical, Industrial Goods, Automotive and Corporate Officers Practices. He is a supply chain expert and has conducted numerous executive coaching and CEO, CTO, COO and senior executive assignments for both regional and global clients across the industry. Kevin works with clients across geographies and is a long-term resident of Shanghai.

    PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
    Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Kevin was at TE Connectivity, where he was Vice President of Global Supply Chain, overseeing the company’s $8B electronics supply chain. Previously, he was Vice President of Consumer Industrial Solutions Operations, Asia/Pacific, and was responsible for 13 facilities with over 22,000 employees. Earlier, Kevin held international oversight roles including Operations Director for Asia/Pacific, Latin America and the Middle East, which included a South African operations penetration strategy, a Latin American supply chain strategy and establishing manufacturing operations in India. Kevin also led manufacturing and manufacturing engineering organizations for Japanese automotive firm Calsonic. He began his career with IBM, where he spent 10 years in engineering and US sales and marketing.
