While 2020 was filled with great uncertainty, there are still guarantees in the cyber security realm. Threat actors will continue to attack without any regard for the challenges faced by their targets. These actors continue to be motivated by espionage and monetary gain, and their tactics, techniques and procedures will always evolve.

Join us as we have two subject matter experts who will dive into the state of cyber security in 2021.

In the first half of the session we will hear from Steve Ledzian, Vice President, Chief Technology Officer,Asia Pacific, FireEye who will give an overview of their recent State of Cyber Security in 2021 report. This report provides insights into the global outlook of cyber security in 2021.

This will be followed by a presentation by Alex Cheng, Associate Director, Red Team lead, PwC. PwC studied the recent trends and next big wave for the local market in Malaysia as part of their newly released Digital Trust Insights Survey 2021. This session will briefly share the key highlights of the survey, and also how it correlates to actual attacks observed on the local landscape, and PwC's experiences in helping their clients to simulate attacks and test their security.
