    Dominic Chew

    General Manager at HP Malaysia Manufacturing Sdn Bhd

    Dominic leads the Consumer & Home Supplies segment within HP’s Ink Supplies Operations Organization. This team manages the WW manufacturing operations for HP’s Inkjet Consumer Supplies and accounts for more than 50% of total Inkjet Supplies units shipped globally.

    The global footprint of this operations spans within HP as well as outsource partners in China, Malaysia, Ireland and Singapore. Dominic joined HP Singapore in 1988 as a Production Engineer for the Printer Manufacturing Division. With an experience of over 30 years in printing technology manufacturing, he has partnered with HP’s R&D division in the US, Ireland and Israel to successfully launch six technology platforms that have spanned the consumer, office, enterprise and graphics business segments.

    A graduate from the National University of Singapore with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Dominic also holds a Master of Science (Management of Technology) from the National University of Singapore.

    Ralph Dixon is the Director of Environmental Investments at YTL Corporation Berhad, The Group’s core businesses are ownership and management of regulated utilities and other infrastructure assets, serving more than 12 million customers on three continents. Ralph has been with YTL for more than fourteen years managing the environmental investment and sustainability divisions for the Group. Ralph is also the CEO of their carbon consulting subsidiary (YTL-SV Carbon).

    Ralph has also served as a Trustee of the Malaysian AIDS Foundation, Chairman of the Pediatric AIDS Fund, and is an alternate Trustee of Reef Check Malaysia, and Chairman of Save Wild Tigers (M) LLP.

    Previously, Ralph worked in investment banking for 15 years with Hoare Govett, Hong Leong and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. Following that, he moved into manufacturing in 2001 as the Chief Executive Officer of the paper converting factories of Detpak in Indonesia and South Africa supplying to McDonalds, Starbucks, KFC and other major quick service restaurants, hotels and bakeries. He then working with Hong Leong Asia in Singapore as Chief Executive Officer for their recycled wood packaging subsidiary, GPac Technology before joining YTL Corporation Berhad in Malaysia in 2007.

    Ralph Dixon graduated from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, with a B.Sc. (hons) in Management Sciences. He also has a Diploma in Mandarin from the National Taiwan Normal University.

He is also the local Company Director for Samtec Asia Pacific (M) Sdn Bhd and Samtec Plating Malaysia Sdn Bhd. A Malaysian by nationality, he received his tertiary education in Australia from Monash University before joining Sime Darby Bhd in 2001. He has also worked in Cambodia and Singapore before returning to Malaysia with Samtec.

    Jenny Foo was the Director of Communications at Keysight Technologies for Malaysia and Singapore since 2012 till May 2021. She led a team responsible for developing and executing strategies that establishes Keysight’s position and strengthens alignment to the company's mission and objectives. This includes communications messaging and other activities in the areas of branding, thought leadership, employee engagement and corporate social responsibility. She has been actively involved in CSR driven projects since her tenure with HP/Agilent and now in Keysight focusing in the area of STEM education.

    Besides her role in Communications, Jenny also leads two additional functions: the Customer Experience team that ensures customers’ highest-level of satisfaction with Keysight products and services; and Asia Pacific Technical Information Services that is responsible for the management of engineering information for product lifecycle management, pricing and quotations.

    Prior to her current role, Jenny has had over 30 years of experience in a variety of positions in Human Resources, Education, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Compliance. She is recognized for building the high-energy, customer-centric Customer Experience team which had achieved excellent results in supporting customers’ continuous high demand and expectations. She is also noted for her leadership across all of the company’s divisions in ensuring Keysight products meet regulatory compliance standards and time-to-market timelines.

    Jenny holds a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia.

    Dr. Debabrata Ghosh is an Associate Professor at Malaysia Institute for Supply Chain Innovation (MISI), where he teaches operations and supply chain management to Masters Students and Executives. Prior to this, Dr. Ghosh was a faculty at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, India. Dr. Ghosh’s research interests lie in the areas of sustainable operations, supply chain coordination, supply contracts, emerging economies and game theory applications in operations. Dr. Ghosh holds a Fellow Programme in Management (PhD) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore where he was the Airbus scholarship recipient. Prior to joining academics he worked with Infosys consulting where he worked with several top global retail and consumer goods companies across Asia Pacific and the U.S. Dr. Ghosh also holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology where he was the Gold Medalist.

He has deep experience in the oil & gas, chemicals, and FMCG industries. He has worked extensively across the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and China. Before moving to Kuala Lumpur in 2009, he was based in Belgium and worked extensively in The Netherlands and the United States.

    Kirsten van Zandwijk, originally from the Netherlands (Europe) recently relocated to Singapore to join the Coca-Cola ASEAN & South Pacific team as the Sustainability & Partnerships director. After 10 years working in the NGO sector, Kirsten made the move from UNICEF to The Coca-Cola Company 5 years ago. Kirsten strongly believes that collective action is key for a more sustainable future.

    Kirsten holds a bachelor degree in History and a master degree in Media & Journalist from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
