    Greater Asia Region Inclusion Program Manager at Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Impact (GDIS) at Intel Technology Sdn. Bhd.

    Cheah Li Wei is Greater Asia Region Inclusion Program Manager at Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Impact (GDIS), at Intel. She has years of experience in driving global and regional inclusion initiatives through stakeholders such as country D&I leads, HR Directors, and Business Unit/Employee Resource Group leaders in Asia. Li Wei pioneered the setup of Employee Resource Group - Women@Intel Network (WIN) in Malaysia in 2008 and remain as a member. She has since assisted the setup of various Employee Resource Group for Disabilities, LGBT+ and NextGen in India, China, Malaysia and Vietnam.

    Li Wei holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Mount Union, Ohio, USA. She believes in the importance of life-long learning and staying healthy. This has enabled her to successfully rotate through various roles for her career at Intel.

She holds an MS degree in Environmental Management from the University of Houston and BS degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Having lived and worked in Asia for the past 8 years, Jolene currently serves as a Board member and Governance Committee Vice Chair of The International School of Kuala Lumpur.

Before being appointed as Head of School in 2019, Rami was previously Director of Learning at ISKL, a position held for seven years. Previous roles as Head of Secondary School at Ecole Mondiale, Mumbai, India, and positions such as Curriculum Coordinator, Dean, and IB teacher, ensure Rami has a comprehensive understanding of the skills, attributes, and dispositions students need in order to be future-ready. Rami holds a BSc in Mathematical Sciences (Hons), and an MA in Education.

    Monsy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University in the United States. Having had a few stints in marketing related roles in her early years of her career in a bank and multinational oil & gas company, she transitioned to HR in the professional services industry. Armed with more than a decade of experiences in various HR roles and professionally qualified as a Chartered Member of CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), she is now the Executive Director for the People, Performance &Culture and Admin teams for KPMG in Malaysia.

    Her unique blend of marketing and HR experience has put her in good stead to champion the People agenda and help support the leadership team in driving their overall business agenda and strategic priorities. Among the achievements met recently was KPMG being crowned as the number 1 Consulting firm by the Graduates' Choice Award 2020/2021 and being ranked number 4 overall in the Malaysia's 100 Leading Graduate Employers Award 2020. In her free time, Monsy enjoys hiking, yoga, reading & watching movies.

    As the Regional Leader, Lini is responsible for leading the marketing and communications function to deliver on business priorities for 13 markets across the region.

    In her current role, she oversees external communications (traditional and digital media, thought leadership, branding, public affairs and community building) and internal/ crisis communications to strengthen brand visibility and support business growth. She also leads digital marketing campaigns to influence and support lead generation to support the commercial pipeline. She is also responsible for supporting the building of culture through diversity and inclusion initiatives.

    Throughout her 15-year career, Lini has served various Fortune 100 companies including Honeywell as Regional Marketing Communications Director, Home & Building Technologies, Procter & Gamble as Corporate Communications and Government Relations Manager - Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei. She has extensive experience working across various markets throughout Asia. Her early career includes roles in General Electric as Corporate Communications Manager. She also has experience serving the public through her roles in British High Commission and Khazanah Nasional.

    In 2007, Lini completed her Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Major, Environmental Health) from the International Islamic University Malaysia. She is based out of Malaysia with her 9 year old son and husband. Lini is passionate about diversity and inclusion matters and is a committee member of the GE Woman’s Network. She is an athlete and avid practitioner of all forms of movement including parkour, martial arts and endurance sports.

    She is Co-Owner of MoveParkour Malaysia; former Vice President, Parkour Association Malaysia (2019-2020), the Founding Member, Secretary and Head of Public Affairs, Parkour Association Malaysia (2018) and is Malaysia’s first female ADAPT Certified Coach (2018). She is also currently pursuing her ICF Certification in Coaching. She is passionate about cultivating diversity and empowering women in the sports industry and workplace.
