AMCHAM will continue to hold meetings and programs but would like to ask you to help us all be healthy by adhering to sensible measures that promote a safe environment. - AMCHAM has established strict cleaning protocols before and after all events. As standard practice, all door handles, surfaces, chairs, gadgets/devices as well as the general event space and communal areas for staff are thoroughly wiped down and sanitized twice daily. - Spaced seating arrangements keep you at a safer distance to your other attendees. - All attendees are required to bring or fill out a simple COVID-19 related questionnaire upon registration for events. - If you have traveled to countries currently on high alert for COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days (e.g. Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Japan, Italy, Iran, etc) please avoid attending any meetings or events organized by AMCHAM. - We ask that if you are not feeling well, please avoid attending meetings or events and to seek immediate assistance from your healthcare provider. - Upon ENTRY to the AMCHAM Executive Office, you must wash your hands for at least 20 seconds - the bathrooms and panty are very close. Hand sanitizers are also available at the registration desk. - Upon EXIT we recommend you also wash and/or sanitize your hands again. - Mandatory temperature screening upon arrival. - Limit your person-to-person greetings with a smile on other non-contact options.
