MIDA HQ Opens Doors on 6 May 2020 to Better Serve Investors and Businesses |

MIDA will continue its operations physically at its headquarters on 6 May 2020 following the ease of the Movement Control Order restrictions as announced by YAB Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, Prime Minister of Malaysia on 1 May 2020. While MIDA officials continue to work from home, up to 50% of its workforce will return to its headquarters on 6 May to better assist businesses in their operations. |

Interstate travelling allowed for four days only, says Sabri |

Those who want to return home after being stranded in other states following the enforcement of the movement control order should do so within the four days where interstate travelling will be allowed by the police. Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said if they missed the boat, the request to travel will be at the discretion of the police. “Police have given four days, which is May 7 to 10, for those who have been stranded in their hometowns to make the journey home. |
