| The government has decided to enforce a further enhanced movement control order (EMCO) in seven localities in Sabah following rising number of COVID-19 cases there. | Employees who live in areas where roadblocks are being held following the conditional movement control order (CMCO) in Klang sub-district only need a letter from their employer to enter and exit the areas for work purposes. Selangor Police Chief Datuk Noor Azam Jamaludin said with the letter from their employer, a police permit was not required. |

| The Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) was implemented in Klang and in the Sandakan, Papar, and Tuaran districts of Sabah to contain outbreaks of COVID-19 cases. However, the Government of Malaysia has decided that all commercial vehicles that transport goods will be allowed to operate and travel as usual during the CMCO in Klang and the aforementioned districts in Sabah. |

| In line with the Government’s commitment to further cement the country’s position as a preferred destination for FDIs, the Government has decided to establish a One-Stop-Centre (OSC) at the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA). The OSC will evaluate and approve applications by eligible business travellers to enter Malaysia for trade and investment purposes. |
