| At her Senate confirmation hearing to become U.S. Trade Representative, Tai also called for a revamp of global trade rules to eliminate what she called “gray areas” exploited by China and end a “race to the bottom” that she said had hurt workers and the environment. “For a very long time our trade policies were based on the assumption that the more we traded with each other, and more liberalized our trade, the more peace and prosperity there would be,” Tai said. |

| Premier global nutrition company, Herbalife Nutrition, recently released findings from the 2020 Asia Pacific Healthy Aging Survey, which revealed that Malaysian consumers have a clear vision of what healthy aging means to them, more than four in 10 consumers (44 precent) had the confidence to age healthily, with the fear of falling ill due to lower immunity as their top worry. |

| HP Inc reported quarterly revenue and profit that topped analysts’ estimates, buoyed by strong sales of personal computers and printers needed for remote work and study. The company gave a forecast that also handily beat Wall Street expectations, sending the stock higher. Sales were US$15.6 billion in the fiscal first quarter, the Palo Alto, California-based company said Thursday in a statement. |

| Dell Technologies Inc beat Wall Street estimates for holiday-quarter revenue on Thursday, helped by demand for its desktops and notebooks as most offices continued to work remotely during the COVID-19 health crisis. Revenue from its client solutions group, which includes desktop PCs, notebooks and tablets, was US$13.8 billion, up 17% from a year earlier. |
