The Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) will remain for another two weeks until April 14 in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor and Kelantan. CMCO in Sarawak has been extended to April 12. Meanwhile for Kedah, Perak, Perlis, Melaka, Pahang, Terengganu, Sabah, Putrajaya, Labuan and Negri Sembilan, Ismail said the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) has been also extended until April 14.

Travellers who have received the COVID-19 vaccine are not exempt from complying with the prescribed COVID-19 infection prevention measures including undergoing mandatory quarantine, says Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah. He said the Ministry of Health (MoH) on March 12 had decided that risk assessments should be carried out on travellers who had received complete COVID-19 immunisation.

Shell Malaysia has appointment Ivan Tan as the new Country Chairman of Shell Malaysia, effective from April 1. Ivan will succeed Iain Lo, who will retire from company service having served as Chairman for eight years and after a distinguished career at Shell for 30 years. As Chairman of Shell Malaysia, Ivan will oversee all Shell Malaysia businesses, in addition to his current role as Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Upstream business in Malaysia.

Normal might not return until at least next year, noted a majority of chief executive officers (CEOs) worldwide, according to the 2021 KPMG CEO Outlook Pulse Survey that was recently published. The survey, which involved 500 CEOs worldwide, noted that 45% do not expect to see a return to normal until sometime in 2022, while 31% anticipate that it will happen “later this year.”
