| Malaysia has received the first batch of the AstraZeneca vaccine with a total dose of 268,800 that has been purchased via the COVID-19 Vaccines Global Access (COVAX) facility. The Ministry of Health (MoH) said Malaysia had signed an agreement in December last year to procure the AstraZeneca vaccine to cover three percent of country’s population. |

| The Ministry of International Trade & Industry (MITI) has recorded a total of RM986.15 million in deals related to export during its first Trade and Investment Mission led by Senior Minister, MITI Minister, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali to the Republic Of Korea and Japan. The Ministry also reported RM70 million of exports in products and services to ROK as a result of meetings with buyers from ROK. |
