During this period of Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), AMCHAM will be bringing you daily updates on the latest COVID-19 developments, which includes the efforts of the Government and initiatives from other bodies and organizations. |

| Kuala Lumpur will be placed under the movement control order from May 7 to 20. The standard operating procedure for Kuala Lumpur during MCO is as per what had been announced before. This includes the prohibition of cross border travel except for emergency and work purposes. |

| Companies in six districts in Selangor that will be under the Movement Control Order (MCO) 3.0 from 6 May onwards will be allowed to have 30% of management staff present at the workplace. All economic sectors including factories or manufacturers to continue operating, except for certain activities listed under the negative list under the MCO 3.0 general standard operating procedures. |

| With six districts in Selangor among areas placed under the Movement Control Order, applicants scheduled for vaccination will not require a permission letter from the authorities to cross districts. Suffice to display appointment (notification) on MySJ (MySejahtera), done online or SMS. |
