Several districts in the State of Selangor and localities in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur will be under an Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) starting 3 to 16 July 2021. During this period, AMCHAM will be bringing you daily updates on the latest COVID-19 developments, which includes Government-issued orders, regulations, and SOPs as well as initiatives from related bodies and organizations. |

Updates mainly have to do with movement control and permitted activities within the EMCO areas. |

| The Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) has made it compulsory for workers employed by manufacturers within Selangor enclaves placed under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) to be tested twice a week using the Antigen Rapid Test Kit (RTK-Ag) to determine early if workers have contracted the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), which causes the COVID-19 pandemic. |
